  • 200 g Pitted Dates
  • 30 g Oat Flour (or blended oats)
  • 50 g Cocoa Powder
  • 70 g Nut Butter
  • 100 g Dark Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Soften the pitted dates by soaking them in boiling water for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Drain the dates and blend them with oat flour, cocoa powder, nut butter, and a pinch of salt until smooth and sticky.
  3. Press the mixture into a small dish or shape it into a rectangle about 20cm x 10cm and 2cm thick.
  4. Freeze the shaped brownies while melting dark chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler.
  5. Slice the chilled brownies into squares and dip each into melted chocolate; let excess chocolate drip off.
  6. Place dipped brownies on parchment-lined trays and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
