  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chilled mashed potatoes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. Shape the mixture into balls about the size of golf balls.
  3. Dip each ball in beaten egg then roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place potato balls in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
