  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 2 egg whites
  • 2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 burger buns of your choice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken in the mixture, then in whisked egg whites, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  2. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place chicken in the basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Make Sriracha Mayo: Mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Prepare Coleslaw: Combine coleslaw mix with mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar; season to taste.
