  • 1 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cubed potatoes with 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Toss to coat evenly then add three-quarters of the seasoning blend.
  3. Place seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook at 390°F for 7 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, coat the chopped onions with the remaining olive oil and reserved seasoning blend in another bowl.
  5. Add the seasoned onions to the air fryer after the potatoes have cooked for 7 minutes. Shake gently to combine and cook for an additional 7 to 9 minutes until both are golden brown and tender.
