2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups heavy cream
½ cup apple butter
¾ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Spray a 9-inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly; press into the bottom of the pan.
Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add heavy cream and lemon juice, then beat until fluffy.
Fold in apple butter and pour half over the crust. Swirl in remaining apple butter and pour the rest on top.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
