  • 1 cup granulated sugar, divided
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour, divided
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. For the crust: Beat softened butter and 1/2 cup granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Combine flour, cinnamon, and salt; gradually mix into the butter until blended. Press into the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.
