  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • Rice Paper (part of a package)
  • 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Peel and slice the apples thinly. Mix with brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl until well-coated.
  3. Soften rice paper sheets in water briefly until pliable.
  4. Place a softened sheet on a surface, add 1-2 tbsp of apple filling in the center, and fold to secure.
  5. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  6. Brush rolls with oil and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
