  • 2/3 cup pecans (toasted)
  • 6 oz baby spinach (fresh)
  • 3 cups strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey (or brown sugar)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay prosciutto on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until crispy. Let cool.
  2. In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast pecans for about 5 minutes until fragrant.
