  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 carrots (chopped)
  • 0.25 cups celery (chopped)
  • 2 cups cabbage (chopped)
  • 0.5 cup green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 0.5 tsp roasted red chilli flakes
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add olive oil and sauté chopped onions until softened.
  2. Add carrots and celery; cook until slightly softened.
  3. Stir in tomatoes and cook until they break down.
  4. Season with salt, mixed herbs, chili flakes, and black pepper.
  5. Mix in green bell peppers and cabbage thoroughly.
  6. Pour in water; close the lid and pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.
  7. Release pressure gently after cooking; serve hot.
