  • 80 g Protein Powder (½ cup)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 30 g Chopped Pecans or Walnuts (¼ cup)
  • 150 g Finely Grated Carrots (1½ cups)
  • 400 ml Milk (1⅔ cups)
  • 200 g Yogurt (¾ cup)
  • 2 tbsp Liquid Sweetener

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease or line your baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
