  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 300 mL sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 mL additional whipping cream (for topping)
  • Joy Cone Waffle Cones (crushed)
  • Chopped pecans
  • Homemade caramel sauce
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whip 600 mL of whipping cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, blend cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and condensed milk. Gently fold into the whipped cream.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip 200 mL of whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Layer your parfait in tall serving glasses: start with crushed waffle cones, then add chai ice cream mixture, followed by whipped topping, chopped pecans, and caramel sauce. Repeat layers until glasses are full.
  4. Chill for at least four hours before serving.
