  • 2 large onions (sliced)
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • Black pepper
  • ¼ tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Fry sliced onions in coconut oil until golden brown; set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black pepper, garam masala powder, salt, and curry leaves for at least 30 minutes.
