  • 100g Soft Dates
  • 50g Cacao Powder + extra for dusting
  • 60g Vegan Protein Powder (preferably chocolate flavor)

Instructions

  1. Soak the soft dates in hot water for at least 30 minutes to soften.
  2. Drain and pat dry the dates; blend them until they reach a smooth paste consistency.
  3. Add the flesh of the avocados to the blended dates and blend until smooth.
  4. Mix in cacao powder and vegan protein powder; blend again until well combined.
  5. Roll the mixture into equal-sized balls and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
