  • 2 tbsp butter (room temperature)
  • 1 3/4 cups dark chocolate (70%)
  • Optional: 1/3 cup chopped pistachios
  • Optional: 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • Optional: 1 tsp rosewater
  • Optional: dried rose petals for topping

Instructions

  1. In a heavy-bottomed pan, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, and dark chocolate.
  2. Cook on low heat while stirring constantly until the mixture melts and becomes smooth (about 10 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chopped nuts. If using rosewater, add it now and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a foil-lined 8" square pan and smoothen the top. Add extra nuts or rose petals if desired.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Cut into squares and enjoy!
