  • 120 g dark chocolate chips
  • 45 ml orange juice (plus more for the ganache)

  1. Soak the pitted dates in boiling water for 10 minutes to soften.
  2. Drain the dates and blend them with 45 ml of orange juice until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the date puree with nut butter and cocoa powder; fold together gently.
  4. Press the mixture into a silicone muffin tray to form cups.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler; stir in 60 ml of orange juice until smooth.
