200 g ripe banana (mashed)
250 g smooth nut butter
60 g cocoa powder
150 g dark chocolate
Instructions
Blend ripe bananas and nut butter until smooth. Add a teaspoon of water if needed for blending.
In a mixing bowl, combine the banana-nut butter mixture with cocoa powder until just combined.
Shape the mixture into egg shapes by rolling it into balls and then flattening them into ovals. Place on parchment paper on a baking tray and freeze.
Melt dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
Dip each frozen egg into the melted chocolate until fully coated and place back on parchment paper to set.
Freeze until set; store in the fridge or freezer as desired.
