  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 ⅓ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt for the swirl.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Whisk together dry ingredients and gradually add to the wet mixture until combined.
