  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 15 regular-sized croissants

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened butter and both sugars until creamy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
