  • 4 cups corn kernels (from 4-5 ears)
  • 4 oz bacon (chopped)

  • 3 stalks celery (finely diced)
  • 1 lb Yukon potatoes (peeled and diced)

  2. Sauté onion, carrot, and celery in the drippings for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Add corn kernels and Yukon potatoes, stirring for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, milk, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  5. Season with sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper as desired.
