  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 20g grass-fed butter (2 tbsp)
  • 50g cream cheese or cottage cheese (3 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and chop the garlic finely.
