  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 6 oz asparagus (cut into pieces)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

  1. Cook the linguine in salted water until just shy of al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a bowl, whisk lemon zest, juice, olive oil, crumbled feta, and pepper until creamy.
