  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup sour cream (at room temp)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 oz. packet Ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; cook chicken until golden brown (6–7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter; add cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning. Whisk until combined.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet; spoon sauce over it and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
