  • 1 avocado

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, olive oil, grated garlic, chives, salt, pepper, and crumbled cotija until smooth.
  2. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente; drain and mix with the dressing.

  4. For the chili butter: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; add smoked paprika and chili powder; cook for one minute.
