  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 4 slices of bacon

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with buttermilk, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each chicken strip into flour, then buttermilk, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken strips until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes) and drain on paper towels.
  5. Cook bacon until crispy; crumble it into pieces.
  6. Lay tortillas flat; spread ranch dressing on each.
  7. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, fried chicken strips, and crumbled bacon in the center of each tortilla.
  8. Fold sides in and roll tightly to secure fillings.
