  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (do not drain)
  • 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 8 oz block plain cream cheese
  • Juice of 2 fresh limes
  • ½ cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
  2. Add black beans, corn, and Rotel tomatoes.
