  • 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 sweet onions
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
  • 1 Tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 Tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. beef broth

Instructions
