  • 80 g Oat Flour (blended oats)
  • 240 g Chickpeas (1 tin, drained)
  • 30 g Protein Powder
  • 100 g Yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 60 g Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a loaf tin.
  2. Blend drained chickpeas with oat flour, protein powder, yogurt, maple syrup, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the loaf tin and flatten evenly with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden on top; allow cooling.
  5. Melt chocolate and spread over cooled bars.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before slicing into bars.
