  • 15 g Cocoa Powder (2 tbsp)
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Eggs (room temperature)
  • 100 g Maple Syrup (room temperature)
  • 50 g Coconut Oil (melted; ¼ cup)
  • 60 g Dark Chocolate + 1 tsp Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda until combined.
  3. Add room temperature eggs, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup to the dry mixture, folding until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into twelve equal balls and flatten slightly on the baking tray.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes until set but soft in the center.
  6. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil, dip biscuits halfway, and refrigerate briefly to set.
