  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 13 oz. – 16 oz. frozen peas (thawed, drained)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup purple/red onion (chopped)
  • ¼ cup real bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Thaw the peas by running cold water over them in a colander.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the thawed peas, cheddar cheese, purple/red onion, and bacon bits into the bowl. Mix thoroughly until evenly distributed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to enhance flavors.
