  • 2 large ripe bananas (220g)
  • 1 cup oats (100g)
  • 1/4 cup smooth nut butter (60g)
  • 1/3 cup thick vanilla yogurt (90g)
  • 20g dark chocolate (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mash 160g of the banana until smooth and slice the remaining banana into coins.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed banana with oats to create a sticky dough.
  4. Press the mixture into a muffin tray to form crusts.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden.
  6. Mix remaining mashed banana with nut butter for filling.
  7. Once crusts cool slightly, add the filling and top with banana coins.
  8. Finish with a dollop of yogurt and grated dark chocolate.
