  • 60 g Whole Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Liquid Sweetener (maple syrup, honey, etc.)
  • 125 g Greek Yogurt (or Coconut Yogurt)
  • 20 g Protein Powder (your choice of flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (or 160°C for fan ovens) and grease a mini cake tin or ramekin.
  2. In a blender, combine the egg, whole oats, baking powder, and liquid sweetener. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared tin. Bake for about 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. While the cake bakes, mix the yogurt with protein powder in a bowl until well combined.
  5. Once cooled, remove the cake from the tin and spread the frosting evenly on top.
