  • 8 pieces bacon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (+ 1 tablespoon for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place bacon strips on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove bacon and coat each strip with brown sugar and maple syrup. Return to the oven for another 15 minutes until crispy.
  3. Allow bacon to cool before chopping into small pieces. Lower oven temperature to 350°F.
  4. Unroll each cinnamon roll, add chopped bacon inside, then re-roll. Place in a greased round cake pan and bake according to package instructions.
  5. For the glaze, whisk together the included frosting with an additional tablespoon of maple syrup until smooth.
