  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup real bacon bits
  • 6 English muffins
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup Heinz chili sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Crack eggs into a mixing bowl; add heavy cream and whisk until well blended. Season with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  3. Cook the egg mixture in a greased non-stick sauté pan over medium heat until just set, then fold in half of the bacon bits.
  4. Slice English muffins in half and place on a baking sheet. Spread chili sauce on each half.
  5. Spoon the egg-bacon mixture onto the muffins, top with cheese and remaining bacon bits.
