  • 3/4 cup marshmallow cream/fluff

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cornstarch; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add sugars, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Scoop out dough (about 2 tablespoons), flatten it, place marshmallow cream in the center, and wrap the dough around it.
  8. Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are golden.
  9. Let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
