  • 2 ¼ teaspoons instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for dough)
  • 1 ¾ cups warm water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (for topping)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Flaky sea salt (to sprinkle)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and instant yeast. Add olive oil and warm water; stir until sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise for 1 to 2 hours until doubled.
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil. Transfer the dough and stretch to fill the pan. Let rest for another 30 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a small saucepan; add minced garlic and pinch of salt until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat.
  4. Press dimples into the dough and drizzle with garlic oil. Top with Parmesan cheese and flaky sea salt.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before slicing.
