  • 150 g Maple Syrup (or agave)
  • 130 g Peanut Butter (or any nut/seed butter)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 80 g Dark Chocolate (chopped)

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a 7-inch cake tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together oat flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
