  • 190 g yogurt
  • 225 g oat flour
  • 60 g liquid sweetener
  • 40 g cocoa powder

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform cake tin.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl, then mix in the yogurt and liquid sweetener.
  3. In another bowl, combine oat flour, bicarbonate of soda, and salt; fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with few moist crumbs.
  5. For the frosting, mix yogurt, cocoa powder, and sweetener until smooth; spread over cooled cake.
