  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 4 ounces cherry tomatoes
  • 2 heirloom tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh cherries
  • 1/2 cup mixed baby spring greens
  • Lemon herb vinaigrette (lemon juice, white wine vinegar, lemon zest, fresh herbs, olive oil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush sliced nectarines with olive oil.
  2. Grill nectarines for about 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear. Remove from heat to cool.
