  • 200g + 100g Coconut Yogurt
  • 125g Agave Syrup (or maple syrup/honey)
  • 100g Peanut Butter (or any nut/seed butter)
  • 110g Plain Flour (gluten-free if needed)
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 50g Cocoa Powder
  • 50g Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 8×8 inch baking tin with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 200g coconut yogurt, agave syrup, and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, sift together plain flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, and mix well.
  4. Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Set aside one-third of the batter; mix cocoa powder and additional yogurt into the remaining two-thirds.
  6. Fold dark chocolate chips into the reserved batter.
  7. Spoon both batters into the prepared tin, swirling them gently for a marble effect.
  8. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
