  • 115 g Almond Flour (1 + ¼ cup)
  • 15 g Ground Flaxseeds (2 tbsp)
  • 45 g Whole Oats (½ cup)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 100 g Blueberries (½ cup)
  • Zest of 1 Lemon

  1. Preheat your oven to 180℃/350℉ and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, coconut sugar, and yogurt until smooth.
