  • 1 tin Tuna (drained)
  • 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Gherkins
  • 30 g Grated Cheddar (- ¼ cup)
  • 1 Tortilla Wrap
  • A Handful of fresh spinach
  • Sriracha to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, Greek yogurt, Sriracha (if using), chopped red onion, and gherkins until mixed well.
  2. Lay the tortilla wrap flat and sprinkle grated cheddar in the center.
  3. Spoon the tuna mixture over the cheese layer, followed by fresh spinach leaves.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from one end to create a complete wrap.
  5. Toast in a non-stick pan or sandwich press over medium heat for 2–3 minutes or air fry at medium heat for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Slice in half and serve warm.
