  • 700 g lean beef mince
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 100 g grated cheddar cheese
  • ½ onion (finely diced)
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 100 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp pickled relish or finely chopped pickles
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as directed on the package and set aside.
  2. In a non-stick pan over medium heat, brown the lean beef with oregano and garlic powder.
  3. Lower heat, stir in Greek yogurt and cheddar cheese until creamy; add pasta water if needed.
  4. Combine cooked pasta with the beef mixture until well coated.
  5. Prepare Big Mac sauce by mixing remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Serve pasta topped with sauce, diced onion, tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce.
