  • 3 tablespoons potato starch
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup lemon juice (or more)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Ground pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine potato starch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and toss with the chicken wings until evenly coated.
