  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Set up a dredging station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with half of the Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it in the egg mixture, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook each chicken breast for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and top with remaining cheeses. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
