  • 8 ounces dried medium pasta shells
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 5 ounces baby spinach
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Seasonings: kosher salt, black pepper, dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt.
