  • 1 slice sandwich bread
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise evenly over the slice of bread.
  2. Sprinkle sugar on top of the mayonnaise.
  3. Pipe additional mayonnaise around the edges to create a barrier.
  4. Crack an egg into the center of the bread, adding salt and optional parsley on top.
  5. Cook in an air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for 7–10 minutes or microwave for about 2 minutes (poke yolk first).
  6. Garnish with parsley if desired and enjoy!
