  • ¼ cup milk of choice
  • 60 g nut or seed butter
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 125 g cream cheese
  • 80 g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Soak pitted dates in boiling water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Drain and blend dates with milk and salt until smooth. Divide into two bowls.
  3. In one bowl, mix date caramel with cocoa powder and nut butter until firm.
  4. Press mixture into a silicone muffin tray to form crusts.
  5. Mix cream cheese with the second bowl of date caramel until creamy.
  6. Fill crusts with cheesecake mixture.
  7. Melt dark chocolate and pour over each cheesecake.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
