  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 oz. mushrooms (sliced)
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup Asiago cheese (grated)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 20 oz. ravioli

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce ingredients by combining them in a measuring cup.
  2. Heat olive oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat and sauté half the mushrooms until browned; repeat for the remaining mushrooms.
  3. Add white wine to the skillet and reduce it by half.

  5. Gradually mix in the prepared sauce ingredients and bring to a simmer.
  6. Cook ravioli according to package instructions; drain when cooked.
  7. Stir in cheeses and mushrooms into the sauce until melted.
