  • 100 g Ground Almonds
  • 30 g Cocoa Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 cup Thick Dairy-free Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Dairy-free Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 200 g Fresh Strawberries

Instructions

  1. Soften the pitted dates in boiling water for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and blend dates until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground almonds, cocoa powder, and salt. Add blended dates; combine well.
  4. Press the mixture into a small tin (15cm x 15cm).
  5. Combine dairy-free yogurt, cream cheese, and maple syrup in another bowl; mix until smooth.
  6. Fold chopped strawberries into the cheesecake layer; spread over the brownie base.
  7. Arrange remaining strawberry slices on top.
  8. Freeze for about 2 hours before slicing.
