  • 90 g Vanilla Protein Powder (3/4 cup)
  • 80 g Milk (1/3 cup)
  • 90 g Nut Butter (1/3 cup)
  • 40 g Liquid Sweetener (2 tbsp)
  • Pinch of Salt (optional)
  • 150 g Dark Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tin with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, and milk until smooth. Press into the lined tin evenly.
  3. In another bowl, mix nut butter, liquid sweetener, and salt until smooth and spread over the base layer.
  4. Freeze for at least 1 hour until firm.
  5. Slice into 16 pieces and melt dark chocolate in a heat-proof bowl.
  6. Dip each bite in melted chocolate using a fork; drizzle more chocolate if desired.
  7. Return to parchment-lined tray and chill until set.
